At Moonlight Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Moonlight Industries tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
